Ben founded Fortis Medical having originally trained and practiced as a Doctor in the NHS. Ben has now worked in financial services, almost exclusively with Senior medical professionals and their families, for over 10 years and has become well known as the “go to” specialist in this area. In particular, Ben enjoys working closely with both clients and their other professional advisers to ensure the most “value add” in their financial planning.

Matt has worked closely with Ben for several years and has become an essential part of providing a first rate service. In particular, Matt’s knowledge of the NHS pension scheme, it’s intricacies and how it impacts a clients overall financial position is second to none. Matt has chartered status in financial planning, the highest level of qualification in his area. As a result of working with clients with complex financial affairs, Matt’s knowledge of tax in this area is also very strong, and he is studying towards his tax qualifications. This has proved invaluable.
